Eligible Candidates submit their profile on IRCC website and then they enter the pool and receive their CRS Scores.

The CRS is a points-based system used by the Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada to assess and rank candidates in the Express Entry pool. The CRS score is calculated based on a candidate’s age, education, work experience, language skills, as well as other factors.Express Entry profile is valid up to one year.

Requirements

  • Must meet minimum requirements of the program.

  • Create Express Entry profile on IRCC website
  • ECA mandatory for FSW but recommended for FST and CEC

  • Job offer gives additional points (50 / 200)
  • Once ITA is received then applicant has 60 days to submit the PR Application.
  • ITA (invitation to apply does not guarantee PR.

  • Quebec work experience counts but applicant can not intend to live in Quebec.

About every two weeks IRCC selects high scoring candidates to submit their Permanent Residence Application.
